Handles for functional trays and individual impression trays.

PLA-Handles give a reliable bond to Erkoplast-PLA with just heat, no primers are required. This is best done during the thermoforming process when the material is still hot, in this case the PLA-Handle is simply pushed into place in hot Erkoplast-PLA material to bond the two components. Alternatively the PLA base material can be reheated with a hot air gun and the PLA-Handle bonded in position after the thermoforming process

The base of the handle should roughly follow the shape of the ridge, to adapt the base area soften with boiling water or a hot air gun

For impression trays use Erkoplast-PLA-T or Erkoplast-PLA-W
